Chris was born and raised in Webster, NY, a suburb of Rochester, NY. He currently resides in Fairport, NY with his wife, Jill, twin daughters, Ella and Kate, and dog, Sydney. His assions include downhill skiing, snowboarding, reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and of course, Social Media. Chris graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1995 and went to work for his family’s business, Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning, where he spent 13 years doing everything from Sales to IT to Marketing. After deciding to pursue other interests, Chris spent time heading-up Internet Marketing efforts for a Florida-based lodging and consulting business. In June of 2009, Chris founded birdbathBUZZ as a way of helping businesses better understand and use social media to market their brand, products and services. birdbathBUZZ is going strong and Chris is looking forward to the future of Social Media Marketing and Optimization.

Julie M. May has worked with literally hundreds of clients in different fields to design impactful custom marketing solutions. She has more than twenty years of experience in consumer and B2B marketing, including creative development, website consulting, copywriting and building technology solutions.
In August, Julie and her business partner Nicole Mahoney, created Break The Ice Media. The company specializes in Public Relations, Event Planning, Internet Marketing including Web Design and Social Media. Break the Ice works with several small to medium size businesses in Western, NY, helping them integrate all of their marketing connect with consumers on different platforms. They also create and place advertisements in traditional media as needed.
